The training activity provided by Patrão Mor in its theoretical component can be delivered phisicaly, remotely (e-learning) or in a mixed regime (b-learning).
By receiving your data, Patrão Mor will preserve your data with the mandatory secrecy by the applicable law. This data will necessarily have to be shared with DGRM, as part of the legal process linked with your training and the issuance of mandatory legal documents for the training attendance, exams, and the issuance of the respective skipper documents and/or certificates.
You accept that Patrão Mor shares all the data you provided us with DGRM. This data cannot be treated or used for any other reason.
Patrão Mor will never share your data with any other comnpany or entity, except when clearly accepted by you, and on specific circumstances presented to you on a case-by-case basis.


Participation Terms:
The number of signupO número de enrolments is limited. therefore your signup will be on a pending state until it is confirmed by Patrão Mor – Formação Náutica, Lda.
If for any unforeseen cause unrelated to the objectives of this training, all the amount will be reimbursed. Patrão Mor will be commited to reschedule the same training session as soon as all the contraints are resolved.
